ABSTRACT

Exosome, a major component of extracellular vesicles, is an important media for intercellular communications under physiological conditions. In a variety of hematological malignancies researches, it has been demonstrated that exosome acts as the key carrier for interactions among the components of the bone marrow microenvironment. Due to its widespread existence and containing specific nucleic acid and protein molecules, the importance of exosome as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target/carrier in the diagnosis and treatment of hematological malignancies has been attracting more attention in the past few years.

ABSTRACT

Objective To test plasma insulin‐like growth factor 1(IGF‐1) level in type 2 diabetic patients with malignant tumor , and make comparison with diabetic patients and normal patients .To discuss the significance of detection of plasma IGF‐1 level in type 2 diabetes in screening early malignant tumor .Methods Plasma IGF‐1 level were determined in type 2 diabetes among malig‐nant tumor group ,type 2 diabetes ,and normal control group ,and statistical comparison was made between the three groups .Results the plasma levels of IGF‐1 of type 2 diabetes mellitus ,type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor were significantly lower than normal group(P<0 .05) .And the plasma level of IGF‐1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with malignant tumor group was obviously high‐er than that of type 2 diabetic group(P<0 .05) .Plasma IGF‐1 ,FBG ,HbA1c and 2 HBG level are risk factors for tumor .The level of FIns is a protective factor for tumor .Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is closely related to the malignant tumor ,and the plasma levels of IGF‐1 is a risk factor for tumor .

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of intensive statin on platelet activity and inflammation factors 24 h after rat myocar‐dial infarction .Methods Seventy Sprague‐Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups (n= 14):Sham‐operated group (SHAM group);AMI group(control group) ,general group;intensive statin therapy group ;general and intensive statin therapy group;established AMI rat model by ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery .The general group ,general and intensive statin therapy group was fed atorvastatin by 10 mg · kg -1 · d-1 with distilled water 2 mL by intragastric gavage daily for two weeks .The intensive statin therapy group ,general and intensive statin therapy group was fed atorvastatin by 50 mg/kg with distilled water 2 mL by intragastric gavage 12 h before surgery .Serum PAC‐1 ,CD62p ,TNF‐α,hs‐CRP was measured at the time of 24 h of postoperation .Results TNF‐α,hs‐CRP ,PAC‐1 and CD62p levels in control group were significantly higher than the SHAM group and intensive statin group 24 h after the LADS were ligated(P 0 .05);and there was no significant difference between normal group and control group in all the four factors (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Intensive statin therapy before acute myocardial infarction could decrease the level of inflammation factors and inhibit platelet activity postop‐eration .

ABSTRACT

Objective:In order to observe the effect of avandia combined with insulin to treat patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods:Seventy two patients whose blood sugar was not controlled well by hypodermic were randomized devided into two groups. Group A was administered insulin alone,Group B was administered insulin and avandia. Fast plasma glucose(FPG),blood sugar 2 hours following meals,HbA1c,plasm insulin and exogenetic insulin doses,etc. Results:FPG,blood sugar 2 hours following meals,HbA1c,plasm insulin level and exogenetic insulin dose were all decreased. Conclusion:Using avandia combined with insulin to treat patients with T2DM can lower blood sugar level of patients and improve insulin resistance. [

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the effects of Lipo PGE1 in Treatment of Diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:60 patients with clinical albuminuria were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group,receiving regular treatment.In addition,the cases of treatment group received treatment of PGE1 10?g daily for two weeks.The index of Scr and UAER were observed before and after treatment.Results:The Scr and UAER in treatment group were more decreased than those in control group.Conclusion:Lipo PGE1 is effective in treating Diabetic nephropathy.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To compare the safety and efficacy of premixed insulin aspart 30 (BIAsp30) with premixed human insulin 30R (BHI30)used in twice-daily injection regimen in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with inadequate glycemia control by oral drug were randomly divided into two groups using twice-daily insulin for 12 weeks comparison of BIAsp30 and BHI30. We compared HbA1c,seven-point blood glucose and frequency of hypoglycemia in two groups. Results:Blood glucose after breakfast and after dinner were significantly lower in BIAsp30 group than in BHI30 group(P0.05),meanwhile no serious hypoglycemia happened in BIAsp30 group. Conclusion:Post-prandial glycemia control was significantly improved,without increasing the risk of hypoglycemia,when people with type 2 diabetes were treated in twice-daily injection regimen with BIAsp30,as compared with BHI30.
